It plays a vital role in our overall quality of life. It influences how we think, feel, and behave and impacts our ability to handle stress, make decisions, and form and maintain relationships. Good essential for individuals to reach their full potential, enjoy a fulfilling life, and contribute to their communities.

Conditions are prevalent worldwide and can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, or background. Some common conditions include:

1. Depression:

Depression is a mood disorder characterized by persistent feelings of sadness, loss of interest or pleasure, changes in appetite or sleep patterns, and difficulty concentrating. It can significantly impact daily functioning and quality of life.

2. Anxiety Disorders:
